Once confirmed with you the design mockup, we will proceed with the order.
Standard colors range is 12, if the design includes more than 12 colors, there will be extra fee per color.

If the design has more than 15000 stitches, there will be extra charge per 1000 stitches once the design is made and approved by customer. Please note that numbers of stitches will be available to be seen only once the design is digitized.

Please note that we are including the digitizing for free. Digitizing the logo will take up to 1 day, therefore please expect up to 3-5 days for the product to be ready.
